Intradco Global’s journey over the past decade reflects both ambition and care. In 2014 the business operated solely from its UK base, with a strong reputation across Europe but limited physical reach beyond. Today, the picture is very different. Growth has taken us from a UK-centric hub to a team of experts strategically located across the world’s major live animal trade lanes, including Toronto, Dubai, Miami, South Africa, and Australia, with expansion into South America firmly on the horizon.
This growth has not been about chasing numbers or flags on a map. Our approach has been deliberate and measured, guided by a simple but non-negotiable principle: we only expand where we have the right people in place. Live animal transport is complex, demanding, and highly sensitive. To do it properly requires more than logistics know-how. It requires passionate, dedicated experts with both species-specific knowledge and an understanding of aviation dynamics.
Having the right expertise in the right place is essential. Animals move safely when people on the ground know the species being handled, the regulations involved, and the operational realities of airports and airlines. Equally important is the ability to talk openly and quickly with key suppliers when issues arise. In logistics, problems are inevitable, but solutions only emerge when partners can communicate with speed, clarity, and trust. At Intradco, we often say that our real job title is “professional problem solver”, which a phrase that resonates across every location we operate in.
As the company has expanded, our services have grown too. Once known primarily for charter and part-charter solutions, we now manage a diverse range of shipments. These include smaller consignments measured per kilo or per pallet, alongside the large marquee projects that built our reputation. This diversification allows us to serve all types of live animal shippers, from conservation organisations to major equestrian events, with the same focus on welfare, safety, and precision.
Our trajectory has been quick, but cultivated with great care and refined competence. Each new location has been chosen with care, ensuring that behind every office opening stands a team of skilled professionals whose passion matches our purpose. This measured approach safeguards quality while laying the foundation for long-term trust.
